INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

1. Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 years of experience in similar chemicals supply.
2. The satisfactory completion of supply of CW specialty chemicals or similar chemicals in any large power plant amounting not less than BDT 80,00,000.00 (Eighty Lac Taka) within last 18 (Eighteen) months from the date of publication of this tender.
3. Tenderer shall submit End-User Certificates (in letter head) of successful supply. Purchase order or similar documents shall not be counted.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 100,00,000 (One crore Taka).
5. The Tenderer shall submit copies of valid and updated National ID Card, Trade License, Income Tax Certificates/Acknowledgement and e-VAT/VAT Registration Certificate |
