INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

• The tenderer shall have 5 (five) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services for individual lot.
• The Tenderer or the Manufacturer shall have specific experience as follows:
i) In supply of at least 02 (two) nos. contracts successfully completed within the last 03 (three) years, with a value of at least Tk.1,000,000/- (ten lac) only for Lot1: Stationeries Items;
ii) In supply of at least 02 (two) nos. contracts successfully completed within the last 03 (three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 1,500,000/- (fifteen lac) only for Lot 2: Toner & Cartridges and Computer Accessories;
iii) In supply of at least 02 (two) nos. contracts successfully completed within the last 03 (three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 1,200,000/- (twelve lac) only for Lot 3: Cleaning Materials.
Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
• Minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility Tk.1,200,000/- (twelve lac) only for Lot-1, Tk. 2,000,000/= (twenty lac) only for Lot-2 and Tk. 1,500,000/= (fifteen lac) only for Lot-3 from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh.
The tenderers shall have valid trade license, TIN & VAT registration from concerned authority of Bangladesh. The tenderer shall submit work order/purchase order/contract agreement, etc., as documentary evidence supporting specific experience and supply capacity. Detail described in tender document.
