INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
i. The Tenderer shall have a minimum 15 (Fifteen) years of overall experience in the supply of Container Handling Equipment and related services.
ii. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in supply of Mobile Harbour Crane (safe working load not less than 40 ton) of at least one contract successfully completed within the last 7 (seven) years, with a value of at least BDT 650.00 million or USD 7.65 million.
iii. The respective manufacturer shall have minimum 12 years proven experience in the manufacture of Mobile Harbour Crane (MHC). The manufacturer sold and delivered at least 15 (Fifteen) units of MHC of specified capacity and/or above capacity in the last 10 (Ten) calendar years to overseas countries. List of those 15 (Fifteen) owners of MHC and proof of sales for those 15 units along with performance reports have to be submitted with the Tender.
