(A) Overall experience
Lot 01: Event Management, Seminars / Webinars & Cultural Events (Physical & Online Platforms)
Reputable event management and related organizations with an overall minimum of 04 (four) years of experience in organizing events, seminars, cultural events (indoor/outdoor), and related services or supplies. According to the detailed tender document.
Lot 02: Printing, publishing, event branding and prize management
Reputable printing, publishing, and event branding and related organizations with an overall minimum of 04 (four) years of experience in event branding, road site branding, printing and publishing, and related services or product delivery. According to the detailed tender document.
Lot 03: Digital Media Management and Promotion
Reputable digital media management and promotion organization with an overall minimum of 04 (four) years of experience in live streaming, audiovisual preparation, theme music creation, graphics design, promotion in digital media, and related services or products. According to the detailed tender document.
(B) The updated profile of the organization shall be submitted.
(C) The organization must have an updated valid trade license, income tax certificate, and VAT registration.
(D) have the power to comply with all the conditions mentioned in the schedule as per PPA-2006 and PPR-2008 and to submit papers/documents with tender;
(E) Other qualifications and eligibility criteria shall be specified in the tender document. |

Sheikh Russell Day is celebrated every year on 16th October to keep the memory of Sheikh Russell alive among the children and adolescents in the belief of establishing the future leaders of Bangladesh and the present generation of students as citizens of developed Bangladesh. Will be celebrated. Accordingly, on behalf of the ICT Department, the Department of Information and Communication Technology, as the executive body, has taken the initiative to celebrate Sheikh Russell Day on 18 October 2021 across the country and internationally based on physical and online platforms.
