INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
|
Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
1. The tenderer must have: Updated trade license, In case of limited company certificate of incorporation, Updated income tax certificate, VAT reg. certificate, completed eligibility declarations and affidavits (ITT Clause 5); In case of government-owned enterprises, documentary evidences that they are (i) legally and financially autonomous, (ii) operate under commercial law and (iii) not dependent agency of the Procuring Entity;
2. The tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 years of general experience in the supply of relevant goods (Photocopier/Scanner/Printer/Computer) and related services as specified in the TDS.
3. The tenderer must have specific experience in satisfactory completion of supply of Photocopier/Scanner/Printer/Computer to any Government office in the country, of minimum Tk. 480.00 lakh; under a single contract in the last 05 (Five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital document or credit line(s) commitment, net of other contractual commitments is BDT 550.00 lakh;
5. Other documents that must be submitted with tender:
a) OEM Distributorship Certificate;
b) Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter from OEM with detail of contact address including valid e-mail; (Only OEM Authorization would be accepted, no local authorization will be accepted);
c) ISO Certificate of the Bidder & Manufacturer;
d) Warranty Certificate from OEM;
e) Original Brochure of the offered brand and model that must be available in the manufacturer's website;
6. Bidder should have own Technical Support Team and Service Center in each division and submit Trade License of the divisional offices. Bidder has to submit the list of service points having full address, contact details (Phone & Mobile Number, Email)
7. Any other relevant documents as mentioned in the tender document. |
