INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

1. The tenderer must be able to submit with the tender: Valid trade license, In case of limited company certificate of incorporation, Updated income tax certificate, Valid VAT registration certificate, The completed eligibility declarations and affidavits as stated under ITT Clause 5; In case of government-owned enterprises, documentary evidences that they are (i) Legally and financially autonomous, (ii) operate under commercial law and (iii) Not dependent agency of the Procuring Entity; (g) Tenderer's Membership documents of Bangladesh Computer council
2. The tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 years of general experience in the supply of relevant goods (Desktop Computer/ Laptop Computer) and related services.
3. The tenderer must have experience in satisfactory completion of supply of Desktop Computer/ Laptop Computer to any Government office in the country, of minimum BDT 230.00 lakh (Taka Two crore thirty lakh); under a single contract in the last three years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital document or credit line(s) commitment, net of other contractual commitments is BDT 240.00 lakh (Taka two crore forty lac);
5. Bidder should have own Technical Support Team and Service Center in each division and submit Trade License of the divisional offices. Bidder has to submit the list of service points having full address, contact details (Land Phone Number, Mobile Number, Email ID) with name and designation of the responsible technical support personnel; |
