INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
|
| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
a) The tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 years of general experience in the supply of relevant goods and related services.
(b) The tenderer must have experience in satisfactory completion of supply of Chemicals and Reagents for Water Analyzing Kits or Water Analyzing Kits to any Government office in the country, of minimum BDT 500.00 lakh (Taka Five crore); under maximum two contract in the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least BDT 300.00 lakh (Taka Three crore). i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital document or credit line(s) commitment, net of other contractual commitments is BDT 520.00 lakh (Taka Five crore twenty lakh). Certificate of liquid assets and on a date within selling Tender document & last date of tendersubmitting indicating the amount of liquid assets/ working capital/ Credited facility mentioning package name and Tender ID.
(d) The tenderer must be able to submit the following documents with the e-tender:
1. Up to date and valid : (a) Trade license, (b) Income Tax Clearance Certificate with TIN number, (c) VAT Registration/BIN certificate, (c) In case of Limited company, certificate of Incorporation,
2. Tenderer must submit Manufacturer’s Authorization letter (must be issued directly from the manufacturer to tenderer). |
