| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

General Experience:
The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 years of overall experience as supplier, contractor, subcontractor, or management contractor.
Specific Experience:
i)The minimum specific experience as a Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Supply, Installation & Commissioning of LSWIM (Low Speed Weigh in Motion) scale or Similar at least 01 contract successfully completed within the last 15 (Fifteen) years with a value of at least BDT 6.00 (Six) crore / BDT 60 million (Weigh scale supply experience)
ii) Tenderer shall have 18 (Eighteen) months ‘Weigh Scale Operation/Maintenance’ experience (Weigh scale operation/maintenance experience)
(‘Weigh scale supply’ and ‘Operation & Maintenance’ experience may be under a single contract or two separate individual contracts shall be acceptable)
Average Annual Turnover:
The required average annual turnover shall be greater than BDT 12 (Twelve) crore / BDT 120 million within last 3 (Three) years
Liquid Assets:
The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 10 (Ten) Crore/BDT 100 million
