| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

1) The maximum number of Arbitration awards against a Tenderer shall be three (03) over the last five (05) years.
2) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of five (05) years of overall experience in the supply of electrical goods and related services.
3) i. The Tenderer or the manufacturer of goods shall have experience in supply of minimum of 1 no of 3 phase 20 position meter testing bench with online UPS within last 07 (seven) years.
ii. The Tenderer shall have experience for satisfactory completion of supply of electrical goods for value not less than taka 2,50,00,000.00 (two crore fifty lakh) only under maximum 02(two) contracts within last 07 (seven) years to be evidenced by certificate from end user.
4) The manufacturer’s minimum production capacity of 3 phase 20 position meter fully automatic computerized meter testing bench with online UPS be 02 (two) nos. per annum.
5) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is taka 3,00,00,000.00 (three crore) only.
