INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
1) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05(five) years of overall experience in the supply of electrical goods and related services.
2) The Tenderer or the manufacturer of goods shall have experience in supply of minimum of 40 km 33 kV XLPE Copper Cable in at least 02 (two) contracts within last 05(five) years.
3) The Tenderer shall have experience for satisfactory completion of supply of electrical goods for value not less than BDT 35,00,00,000.00 (Taka Thirty Five Crore) only under maximum 02(two) contracts within last 05(five) years to be evidenced by certificate from the end user.
4) The manufacturer shall have a minimum production capacity of 80 km of 33 kV XLPE Copper Cable per annum.
5) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Tk. 40,00,00,000.00 (Forty Crore) only.
6) The maximum number of Arbitration awards against a Tenderer shall be 03(three) over the last five years.
