| Reference Description | : | This is to notify you that your Tender dated 28/04/2022 for the supply of desired goods/items and related services for organizing the National Online Quiz Competition based on Liberation War on the occasion of Golden Jubilee of Independence for the Contract Price of Tk =1,13,60,602/- (Taka One Crore Thirteen Lac Sixty Thousand Six Hundred Two Only) as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by Department of Information and Communication Technology (DoICT). You are thus requested to take the following actions: i. Accept in writing the Notification of Award within Two (02) days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub-Clause 62.3 ii. Furnish a Performance Security in the specified format and in the amount of Tk. 11,36,060/- (Taka Eleven Lac Thirty Six Thousand Sixty Only), within One (01) days of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not later than 08/06/2022, in accordance with ITT Clause 63 & 64. iii. Sign the Contract within Three (03) days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than 08/06/2022, in accordance with ITT Clause 67.2 You may proceed with the execution of the supply of goods/items and related services only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you. As per Technical Specification, you shall perform all activities of the said items. The authority may add or remove the said items and adjust the contract value accordingly in any unavoidable circumstances.
