| Reference Description | : | This is to notify you that your Request for Proposal (RFP) dated 09 June 2020 for the performance of Services for “Consulting service for Wind data collection in allocated sites of Bangladesh Reusing the old MET masts and LiDAR” for the Contract price of Tk. 565,83,625 taka (Five Crore Sixty Five Lacs Eighty Three Thousand Six Hundred Twenty Five Only) on Lump-Sum Basis as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by Power Division. You are thus requested to take following actions: i. Accept in writing the Letter of Acceptance within seven (7) working days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub Clause 53. ii. Furnish a Performance Security in the form as specified in the PDS and in the amount of Tk 16,97,500 (Sixteen Lac Ninety Seven Thousand Five hundred Only) , within fourteen (14) days of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not later than 15 June 2021. iii. Sign the Contract within Fourteen (14) days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than 15 June 2021. You may proceed with the execution of the said Contract for the provision of Services in accordance with the Contract documents only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you.
