INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
1 The Minimum number of years of General Experience of the Tenderer in contracting as prime contractor Sub Contractor / Management Contractor shall be 03 (three) years.
2 The minimum specific experience as a prime Contractor in Providing non-Consultant Service of at least One contact of Similar nature, Complexity and methods / technology completed over a period of three (3) years each with a value of at least of TK 12,00,000.00 (Twelve lac) only shall be required.
3. The required average annual turnover of the Tender shall be at least TK 8,00,000.00 (Eight lac) only over the last three (3) years.
4. The minimum amount of Liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be of TK 8,50,000.00 (Eight lac fifty Thousand) only.
The full eligibility and qualification criteria will be available in details in the Tender date sheet (TDS, Section-2) of Tender Document.
5. Update Licence / Registration Document as manpower Provider firm issued by Department of Inspection for factories and Establishments (DIFE) in compliance of Section 3Ka(1) of Bangladesh Labour Act 2006. Failure in submitting of such document shall lead to the non responsiveness of the concerned bidder.
6. The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
i) Up to date income tax clearance certificate
ii) VAT registration certificate. iii) CV & update driving license of Proposed Manpower.
iv) Authorization letter v) NID vi) Up to date Trade License.
