INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
|
| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 (Five) Years (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the Newspaper) for the both packages. Documentary evidence (i.e. initial trade license or oldest trade license/oldest work completion certificate or equivalent) shall be submitted.
2. Tenderer having record of poor performance such as abandoning or not completing the contract, inordinate delay, defective or poor workmanship, financial failures, wasteful claims, consistent history of litigation, debarred by any public sector organization shall not be considered in technical evaluation.
3. The Tenderer must have successful work completion experience of RCC Frame Structure Building construction including pilling, civil, sanitary, electrical work etc in a single contract amounting not less than BDT 3,200.00 lac during last 05 (Five) years in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Bodies for each of the both packages. The works certificates shall have to be issued by the Officer not below the rank of Executive |Engineer or equivalent Officer of Concerned Department/Organization.
4. The required minimum average annual construction turnover is BDT 4,500.00 lac for each of the both
packages. Construction turnover will be calculated on the basis of completion/payment certificates which
have been executed within last 05 years where best 03 years will be considered.
5. The required minimum Liquid Asset is BDT 1,000.00 lac in prescribed format of Credit Line certificate from
any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh without any alteration for each of the both packages.
6. The required minimum tender capacity is BDT 4,500.00 lac for each of the both packages.
7. Black Listed/Debarred Bidders from any Govt./Semi-Govt. Autonomous organizations will be treated as
ineligible to participate in the Tender
8. Up-to-date Trade License, Income tax clearance certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, ABC Supervisory
License etc shall be submitted.
9. Other required conditions and documents of the Tenderer are shown in the TDS of Tender Documents
must be fulfilled.
10. All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act & Rules.
