INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
1. Reputed Contractors/Construction Firms who have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience in Similar Nature Works.
2. Having experience in successful completion of at least 1 (one) Number of Building Construction work including Civil, Sanitary and Internal & External Electrical work Amounting to Tk. 300 [Three Hundred ] Lakh during last 5(five) years in a Single Contract in Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous organization of Bangladesh, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. In case of work done under PWD the certifying authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. In case of work done any Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the duly verified by the Concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
3. The Tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover shall be Tk. 550 [Five Hundred and Fifty] Lakh during the last 5(Five) Years. Total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4. The Tenderers shall have minimum Liquid assets i.e Credit Line(s) Tk. 150.00 [One Hundred & Fifty] Lakh. Document Submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Prescribed form for Line of Credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per form PW3-7 of tender and Contract forms.
5. Tenderers shall have minimum Tender Capacity Shall be Tk. 300.00 [Three Hundred] Lakh.
6. The Tenderer shall submit with his Tender :
(a) Upto date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
(b) Upto date Trade License.
(c) Valid VAT Registration Certificate from the concerned office.
(d) ABC Electrical Work and Supervisory License from Bangladesh Electrification Board.
