INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
1) General Experience:
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector as Prime Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years, years counting backward from Tender opening date.
2) Specific Experience:
The tenderer shall have specific experience in successful completion of at least 01 (One) contract for supplying manpower to any Government Organization/ Multinational Company/ Bank as a Prime Contractor within the last 03 (three) years (counting backward from the tender opening date). The aggregated contract value of specific experience shall be at least BDT 2,00,00,000.00 (Two Crore) only under maximum 03 (three) similar contracts
3) Annual Turnover:
The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of BDT 1,35,00,000.00 (One Crore Thirty-Five Lac) over the last 03 (three) years.
4) Liquid Asset:
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be BDT 70,00,000.00 (Seventy Lac).

DPDC shall engage service provider for the following services:
1. Maintaining cleanliness in offices, substations, stores and other installations of DPDC to ensure a hygienic working environment
2. Assisting DPDC officers as needed.
Service provider shall deliver these services by engaging Manpower on outsourcing basis, at different offices, substations, stores and other installations of DPDC. Manpower will be deployed as per instruction of DPDC. |
