INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

1) General Experience for Lot-1 to Lot-16:
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector as Prime Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years, years counting backward from Tender opening date.
2) Specific Experience:
The Tenderer shall have specific experience for completion of at least 01 (One) contract of Distribution Support Services (DSS) or Line & Equipment Maintenance (LEM) or Construction/Maintenance contract focusing mainly 11 kV & 415 V voltage level Overhead Lines, Distribution Transformer & Ring Main Unit (RMU) in any public electricity utility in Bangladesh with following aggregated value within last 10 (Ten) years, years counting backward from Tender opening date.
i. For Lot-01 & Lot-02: At least BDT 1,65,00,000/- (In Words One Crore Sixty Five Lakh BDT only)
ii. For Lot-03 to Lot-16: At least BDT 1,50,00,000/- (In Words One Crore Fifty Lakh BDT Only)
3) Annual Turnover:
The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the following amount mentioned against the lots over the last five years:
For Lot-01 & Lot-02 : BDT 28,00,000/- (In Words Twenty Eight Lakh BDT only)
For Lot-03 to Lot-16 : BDT 25,00,000/- (In Words Twenty Five Lakh BDT Only)
4) Liquid Asset:
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be the following amount mentioned against the lots:
i) For Lot-01 & Lot-02 : BDT 28,00,000/- (In Words Twenty Eight Lakh BDT only)
ii) For Lot-03 to Lot-16 : BDT 25,00,000/- (In Words Twenty Five Lakh BDT Only)
