INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

a) Bidder’s “General Experience”:
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be five (05) years; counting backwards from the date of publication of IFT.
(b) Bidder’s Specific Experiences: Contracts of Similar Size and Nature
The minimum experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in supply and installation works of at least two (02) contracts but maximum three (03) contracts where the aggregated value to be minimum Tk.20.00 crore, within the last ten(10) years; counting backwards from the date of publication of IFT.
The above contracts should meet the criteria mentioned below;
(i) At least one of the contract must include successful completion of 400 kV or higher rated Transformer transportation (Minimum 25 km), installation, testing & commissioning works.
(ii) Rest of the contract(s) must include successful completion of 132 kV or higher voltage rating switchgear supply and installation works.
All other details are mentioned in TDS and PCC. |

The scope of work under this contract includes supply, dismantle, transportation, installation, testing & commissioning:
• 400kV equipment with associated facility for one partial diameter (Diameter 06) in Meghnaghat 400kV switchyard.
• Dismantle, Transportation of 400/235/34.5kV, 520/750MVA auto transformer from Gopalganj to Meghnaghat and installation including testing commissioning.
• 230kV equipment with associated facility for transformer adjacent area,
• Upgradation 230kV equipment with associated facility for complete diameter in old 230kV switchyard,
• Transportation and Installation of Control, Protection and SAS panel for transformer as well as interconnection facility,
• Extension of auxiliary system and relevant facilities.
• Supply and Installation of interconnection gantries between new 230 kV switchyard and old 230kV switchyard,
• Necessary civil works for the above installation.
• Necessary works for re-location, modification and re-connection of the existing equipment/switchgear for connection with the new equipment/switchgear.
• Necessary Insulators, Fittings, Clamp connectors etc. for 400/230 kV substation equipment connection.
• Extension of 400kV Rigid Tube Bus (1 and half breaker system).
• Supply and Installation of Multicore Cable for complete scope of works.
• Construction of new cable trench for newly installed equipment.
• Supply and Installation of Metering Panel for 400kV and 230 kV.
• SCADA integration with NLDC.
