f) Minimum 03(Three) years’ experience certificate as a supplier of outsourcing manpower
g) Experience of supplying at least 100 (One Hundred) Outsourcing manpower in One year to
Government, Semi- Government, Autonomous Medical College, Medical College Hospital, specialized
institute and hospital along with Work order and Contract agreement as specified in tender document.
h) Submission of letter of Appreciation/Satisfactory Certificate issued by those organization/s where
Outsourcing manpower services were provided after successful completion of the contract/s.
i) Other detailed conditions mentioned in the Tender Document.All Valid &
up to date Documents should be attested by 1st Class Gazetted Officer
