a. Determine the bathymetry (depths) and contour of the surveyed area.
b. Identify and locate submerged features, including shoals, wrecks, and obstructions.
c. Establish accurate positioning and geodetic control systems for the surveyed area.
d. Collect additional data relevant to the specific project or purpose of the survey.
e. Provide reliable information to support safe and efficient maritime (Inland Waterways) operations.
