INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

Eligibility and qualification of Tenderer
a) Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract under the Applicable Law
b) Tenderers shall be enrolled in the relevant professional or trade organisations registered in Bangladesh
c) Tenderers shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes under the provisions of laws and regulations of Bangladesh
d) The outsourcing Manpower Service Provider having registration or licence from Inspector General of department of Inspection for factories and establishment.
e) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector as Prime Service Provider/Sub Service Provider/Management Service Provider shall be 3 years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
f) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Service provider in providing non-Consultant Service of at least ONE contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/technology completed over a period of three (3) years each with a value of at least of Tk.300 lac shall be required. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in any Government organisation/Semi-Govt./Autonomous bodies. Contract for providing outsourcing manpower in Government Office/Government Project/Autonomous Office will be treated as similar nature
g) The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of Tk.200 Lac (according to the backward audit report of the tenderer). The period of averaging be the best three (3) years of the last five (5) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
h) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk.130 lac. |
