INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
1. The minimum number of years of General Experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 (Ten) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.
2. The minimum Specific Experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 (One) contract of building construction or similar works with a value of at least BDT 15.00 (Fifteen) Crore only successfully completed in any Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 5 (Five) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.
3. The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than BDT 21.00 (Twenty-One) Crore only over the last five (5) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.
4. The minimum amount of Liquid Assets from any Scheduled Bank of Bangladesh of the Tenderer shall be BDT 20.00 (Twenty) Crore only.
In case of line of credit, it must be submitted as per prescribed format PW3-7.
In case of credit facilities, it must be sanctioned and sufficient amount must be unspent.
In all cases of certificates, it must be collected from Bank after publication of Tender with properly signed by the authorized person of the bank
5. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be BDT 16.00 (Sixteen) Crore only.
6. The Tenderer shall submit updated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate and other necessary documents. |
