INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

1. (a) Tenderer must go through TDS, PCC & Section 06 of the “Document” Tab & submit relevant Documents accordingly. (b)The number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be at least 5 years. (c) Having Specific experience as a Prime Contractor in successful completion of construction work including Site Development,External Water Supply & Sanitation, Boundary Wall, Rain water harvesting, RCC Internal Road, Surface Drain of minimum Tk. 190.00 lac in a single contract in Government/Semi-Government /Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (five) years. (d) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05(five) years of Tk. 158.00 lac. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover. e) Minimum Liquid Asset of value Tk. 80.00 lac in the form of letter of commitment of Banks, undertaking for line of credit (In the Form PW 2a-7) in Original form, which must be unconditional.(f) Tender capacity of tenderer must be minimum 218.00 lac. (g)The Tenderer must enclose with Tender: (i) Up-to-date Trade License ). (ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate (iii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate(iv) Time Bound work plan in Bar Chart.(vi)Only Payment Certificate will be considered for calculation of Average Annual Construction Turnover . |
