INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
|
| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector as Prime Contractor/Sub Contractor/Management Contractor shall be 3 (Three) years.
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in providing non-Consultant Service of at least one contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/technology completed over a period of last 5 (five) years each with a minimum Contract value of at least of Tk 80.00 Lac (Taka Eighty Lac) only shall be required. Contract for only supplying manpower of supporting staffs (i.e., Office Assistant cum Computer Typist, Office Support Staff and Cleaner) in governmental agency will be treated as similar nature.
c) The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of Tk 35.00 Lac (Taka Thirty Five Lac) only over the best three (3) years of the last five (5) years.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line of the Tenderer shall be Tk 12.00 Lac (Taka Twelve Lac only).
e) Tenderer shall have the legal capacity to enter in to the contract under the applicable law.
f) Tenderer shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes under the provisions of laws and regulations of Bangladesh.
g) Other eligibility criteria as mentioned in the Tender Document. |
