INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector (Ministry/ Division/ Authority/ Agency/ Government Company/ Government Organization/ Government Project) as Prime Contractor/ Sub Contractor/ Management Contractor shall be 5 (five) years.
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in providing non-Consultant Service of similar nature, complexity and methods/ technology completed over a period of 5 (Five) years with a value of at least BDT 795 Lakh (Seven Crore Ninety Five Lakh) in one (1) or two (2) contract(s) or at least 75% completed of single ongoing contract which calculated to the amount mentioned above shall be required. Contract for providing Service for Supplying Vehicles in public sector (Ministry/ Division/ Authority/ Agency/ Government Company/ Government Organization/ Government Project) will be treated as similar nature. The Completion Certificate from the Employer shall be submitted.
c) Tenderer shall have the legal capacity to enter into the contract under the applicable law.
d) Tenderer shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes under the provisions of laws and regulations of Bangladesh.
(e) And all other conditions of the tender document.
