INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

1. This invitation for Tender is open to all Tenderers having eligibilities as mentioned below:
(a)The number of years of General experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor must be at least 10 years.
(b) The tenderer have to have Specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successfully completion of at least 01(one) Number of 4 (Four) storied RCC Building with RCC Pre-cast Pile foundation work including Civil, Sanitary, Internal Electrification and fire detection and protection system works worth not less than Tk 6000.00 lakh in a single contract in Government/Semi-Government /Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (five) years. In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
(c) Tenderers have to have minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05(five) years of Tk. 5800.00 lakh.
Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
(d) Tenderers have to have Minimum Liquid Asset of value Tk 1200.00 lakh in the form of letter of commitment of Banks, undertaking for line of credit (In the Form PW 3-7) in Original form which must be unconditional. Otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected.
(e) Tender capacity of tenderer must be minimum 7000.00 lakh.
2. Tenderers have to enclose with Tender: (i) Up-to-date Trade License (ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate (iii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate (iv) Up-to-date ABC and supervisory License of his own from Electrical Licensing Board |
