INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector (Ministry/ Division/ Authority/ Agency/ Government Company/ Government Organization/ Government Project) as Prime Contractor/ Subcontractor/ Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in providing non-Consultant Service of at least one (1) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/ technology completed over a period of 3 (Three) years with a value of at least of BDT 250 Lakh (Two Hundred Fifty Lakh) shall be required. Contract for providing Service for Supplying Vehicles in public sector (Ministry/ Division/ Authority/ Agency/ Government Company/ Government Organization/ Government Project) will be treated as similar nature.
c) Tenderer shall have the legal capacity to enter the contract under the applicable law.
d) Tenderer shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes under the provisions of laws and regulations of Bangladesh. |
