General Experience:
The minimum years of general experience of the Tenderer Construction works shall be at least for 10 (Ten) years.
Specific Experience:
The minimum Specific Experience of the Tenderer for Construction of Building works with minimum contract value of Tk. 90 (Ninety) Lac in a single contract complete over a period of last 5(Five) year any government/semi-government/ autonomous etc.
The specific experience should be certificate by designated officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent rank.
Average annual turnover :
The required average annual turnover shall be minimum Tk. 90.00 (Ninety) Lac during the period of last 3(Three) years.
Free funds (Liquid Assets ) and / or credit facilities:
The minimum amount of free funds (liquid assets) and/or credit facilities of the Tenderer/Supplier shall be Tk. 80.00 (Eighty) Lac. |
