INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

a) Tenderers shall have the following up-to-date valid certificates and/or license(s):
Tenderer (Partner-in-Charge/Lead Firm and all Partner(s) in case of JVCA) shall have ISO 9001 certificate for Gas Pipeline Construction/ Metering Station (MS)/City Gate Station (CGS)/Regulating & Metering Station (RMS)/Town Border Station (TBS) as mandatory requirement and ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 Certificates as optional.
b) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 10 years of overall experience in the role of contractor, subcontractor, or management contractor.
c) The minimum specific experience as a Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in at least 1 (One) Contract for construction of minimum 50MMSCFD Capacity high pressure (350 psi or above) TBS/RMS/DRS/MS/CTMS on installation, Testing and commissioning and/or The Tenderer shall have experience as a Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor for successful completion of at least one contract for construction of minimum 20" OD and 1Km long or above diameter high pressure cross country pipeline including valve station/pig trap station fabrication, installation works that have been successfully completed. The value of above work(s) at least BDT. 5 (Five) crore and that are similar to the proposed works and services complexity, methods, technology or other characteristics as described in Section-6 (Employer’s Requirements) within the last 10 (Ten) years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
Note: Tenderer shall submit completion Certificates/End User Certificates/Operational Acceptance Certificate/Final Acceptance Certificate as per above description. Provisional Acceptance Certificate is not accepted.
In case of JVCA, the lead partner and other partner shall have to meet the requirements as stated under TDS Section-2, ITT 14.1 (b).
d) The required average annual turnover shall be greater than BDT. 10.00 (Ten) crore for best 3 (three) years within the last 5 years, years counting backward from the date of publication of the IFT in the newspaper.
e) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT.4.00 (Four) crore.

The works includes Mobilization & Demobilization of Equipment & Manpower, Transportation of Materials, Supply and Installation of 3 nos. 20" OD Flow Control Valve with controller, 20”OD WNRF with stud-bolt & Nuts, PLC control panel, 3 nos. Panel Mounted Flow Computer, 2 nos. UPS with 8 Hours Battery Backup, 10.4 kwp Capacity Off Grid Solar Panel System including 5-6 Hours Battery Backup, 1 no. Digital Display, 1 no. Air Conditioner, operation platform, RCC walk way and other related facilities at 1500 MMSCFD Capacity CTMS, Moheskhali under Gas Transmission Company Ltd. on Design, Procurement, Supply, Installation basis. It also includes Cold cutting by cold cutting machine taking necessary safety measure, Welding, NDT, Tie-in, hook up with Testing & Commissioning etc of the existing 1500 MMSCFD Capacity CTMS, Moheshkhali, Cox’s Bazar. Moreover, one-month operation & maintenance of newly installed facilities under this contract, arrangement of local training (Duration: Two Weeks) for 6 nos. GTCL Engineers about FCV operation & maintenance, PLC Control Panel operation, settings, Flow Computer setting, Configure and Data retrieval process etc. |
