INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

This invitation for Bid is open to eligible Bidders as mentioned below and
as further detailed in the Bid Data sheet (BDS) of the Bid Document :-
1. Experience under construction contracts in the role of prime
contractor (single entity or JV member), subcontractor, or
management contractor for at least the last 5 years, years
counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the
newspaper.
2. Having minimum experience as a prime Contractor or
Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful
completion of at least 1 (one) number of minimum 2 (Two) storied
R.C.C. building construction including civil, internal sanitary and
internal electrification works of BDT 100.00 (One Hundred) Lac in
a single contract within the last 5 years counting backward from
the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
3. minimum average annual construction turnover of BDT 200 (Two
hundred) lac calculated as total Payment received for contracts in
progress and completed under public within last 5(five)financial
years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit
facilities of the bidder shall be BDT 80 (Eighty) Lac. Document
submitted along with the tender must be issued in between
publication date and submission date of the tender.
5. The Minimum amount of tender Capacity shall be Tk. 150.00 (One
Hundred Fifty) Lac. Only. To calculate tender Capacity, the Bidder
must be submitted list of on-going works under any public sector
and existing commitment must be mentioned.
