A) General Experience:
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 07 (Seven) years.

B) Specific Experience:
(i) For Lot-01:
The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub Contractor or Management Contractor in construction works at least Tk.18,00,00,000/=(Taka Eighteen Crores Only) in single contract in the field of construction of steel structure i.e. steel structure godown/steel structure industry building or other major steel structure building works successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years under Government/ Semi-government/Corporation/Autonomous Organization.

ii) For Lot-02:
The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub Contractor or Management Contractor in construction works at least Tk.18,00,00,000/=(Taka Eighteen Crores Only) in single contract in the field of construction of steel structure i.e. steel structure godown/steel structure industry building or other major steel structure building works successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years under Government/ Semi-government/ Corporation/ Autonomous Organization.

iii) For Lot-03:
The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub Contractor or Management Contractor in construction works at least Tk. 24,00,00,000/= (Taka Twenty Four Crores Only) in single contract in the field of construction of steel structure i.e. steel structure godown/steel structure industry building or other major steel structure building works successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years under Government/ Semi-government/ Corporation/ Autonomous Organization.

If bidder bids on more than single lot:
• For Lot-01 and Lot-02 Combinedly:
The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub Contractor or Management Contractor in construction works at least Tk.36,00,00,000/=(Taka Thirty Six Crores Only) in single contract in the field of construction of steel structure i.e. steel structure godown/steel structure industry building or other major steel structure building works successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years under Government/ Semi-government/ Corporation/ Autonomous Organization.

The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub Contractor or Management Contractor in construction works at least Tk.42,00,00,000/=(Taka Forty Two Crores Only) in single contract in the field of construction of steel structure i.e. steel structure godown/steel structure industry building or other major steel structure building works successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years under Government/ Semi-government/ Corporation/ Autonomous Organization.

• For Lot-02 and Lot-03 Combinedly:
The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub Contractor or Management Contractor in construction works at least Tk.42,00,00,000/=(Taka forty Two Crores Only) in single contract in the field of construction of steel structure i.e. steel structure godown/steel structure industry building or other major steel structure building works successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years under Government/ Semi-government/ Corporation/ Autonomous Organization.

• For Lot-01, Lot-02 and Lot-03 Combinedly:
The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub Contractor or Management Contractor in construction works at least Tk.60,00,00,000/=(Taka Sixty Crores Only) in single contract in the field of construction of steel structure i.e. steel structure godown/steel structure industry building or other major steel structure building works successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years under Government/ Semi-government/ Corporation/ Autonomous Organization.

** Tender shall be evaluated on lot by lot basis.
(i) If Tenderer submits experience certificate for specific experience working as sub-contractor or, management contractor. In this case, specific experience has to be issued directly from the respected procuring entity of that work and the name of tenderer has to be incorporated in the related work order as sub-contractor or, management contractor.
(ii) The certification of successful completion of similar nature work have to be issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of concerned department with office address, contact number and seal.
(iii) Attested NOA, work order, payment certificate etc. of the similar nature works have to be submitted along with the successfully completion certificate and those documents have to be issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or Authorized person of concerned department with office address, contact number and seal.
(iv) For construction works any unsuccessful Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in the last 2(Two) years under any Government/ Semi-government/ Corporation/ Autonomous Organization will not be eligible for Tender.
C) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than
i) For Lot-01: Tk. 37.00 Crore
ii) For Lot-02: Tk. 37.00 Crore
iii) For Lot-03: Tk. 44.00 Crore
If bidder bids on more than single lot:
• For Lot-01 and Lot-02 Combinedly: Tk.74.00 Crore.
• For Lot-01 and Lot-03 Combinedly: Tk.81.00 Crore.
• For Lot-02 and Lot-03 Combinedly: Tk. 81.00 Crore.
• For Lot-01, Lot-02 and Lot-03 Combinedly: Tk.118.00 Crore.
Over the best 03(Three) years in the last 05(Five) years.

Tenderer must submit proofs of the turnover amount i.e. certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed. Documentary evidence must be supplied in support of proper taxation and vat imposition of payments. The certificate from NBR that proves the turnover amount can be submitted.
D) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be:
i) For Lot-01: Tk. 9.00 Crore
ii) For Lot-02: Tk. 9.00 Crore
iii) For Lot-03: Tk. 11.00 Crore
If bidder bids on more than single lot:
• For Lot-01 and Lot-02 Combined : Tk.18.00 Crores.
• For Lot-01 and Lot-03 Combined : Tk. 20.00 Crores.
• For Lot-02 and Lot-03 Combined : Tk. 20.00 Crores.
• For Lot-01, Lot-02 and Lot-03 Combined : Tk.29.00 Crores.
E) The minimum capacity shall be:
i) For Lot-01: Tk. 19.50 Crore
ii) For Lot-02: Tk. 19.50 Crore
iii) For Lot-03: Tk. 26.00 Crore
If bidder bids on more than single lot:
• For Lot-01 and Lot-02 Combined : Tk.39.00 Crores.
• For Lot-01 and Lot-03 Combined : Tk. 45.50 Crores.
• For Lot-02 and Lot-03 Combined : Tk. 45.50 Crores.
• For Lot-01, Lot-02 and Lot-03 Combined : Tk.65.00 Crores.
F) Maximum number of partners in the JV shall be 02 (Two)
The value of non-judicial stamp for execution of the Joint Venture Agreement shall be Tk. 300 only for each lot.
