INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

i) General Experience:
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.
.
ii) Specific Experience:
i) The Tenderer’s shall have experience of Replacing(Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning) of Pot Bearing and Shock Transmission Device/ Seismic Device at least 01 contract successfully completed within the last 15 (Fifteen) years with a value of at least BDT 75,00,00,000.00 (Seventy Five Crore Taka Only).
ii) The minimum specific experience in Installation of bearing on a continuous deck slab at least 700 m long 01 contract successfully completed within the last 15 (Fifteen) years with a value of at least BDT 25,00,00,000.00 (Twenty Five Crore Taka Only).
iii) The experience should be certificate by designated officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or Equivalent.
iv) The Tenderer/Supplier shall submit manufacturers authorization letter (Original) for the Pot Bearing and Shock Transmission Device/Seismic Device offered product by the manufacturer.
v) Average annual construction turnover:
The required average annual construction turnover shall be minimum BDT 120,00,00,000.00 (One Hundred and Twenty Crore Taka Only) over the best 3(three) years in the last 5(five) financial years. Financial year wise payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
vi) Free funds (Liquid Assets ) and / or credit facilities:
The minimum amount of free funds (liquid assets) and/or credit facilities of the Tenderer/Supplier shall be BDT 70,00,00,000.00 (Seventy Crore Taka Only).
vii) Tender Capacity:
The minimum Tender Capacity135,00,00,000.00 (One Hundred and Thirty Five Crore Taka Only). |
