INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
i) General Experience: The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.
ii) Specific Experience: i) The Tenderer,(s) shall have Experience of Collection of Tolls and its Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of Collection System amounting BDT 50,00,00,000.00 (Fifty Crore Taka only) or more under a single contract over a period of last 10 (Ten) years.
ii) The Tenderer,(s) shall have Experience of Supply, installation, Testing and Commissioning of Electronics toll management system with Software and Hardware amounting to BDT 10,00,00,000.00 (Ten Crore Taka only) or more under a single contract over a period of last 15 (Fifteen) years with maintenance of the software for at least 02 years .
iii) The experience should be accepted by certificate issued by designated officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or Equivalent.
iv) Average annual turnover:
The required average annual construction/ service turnover shall be minimum BDT 14,95,00,000.00(Fourteen Crore Ninety Five lac Taka Only) over the best 3(three) years in the last 5(five) financial years. Financial year wise payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
v) Free funds (Liquid Assets ) and / or credit facilities:
The minimum amount of free funds (liquid assets) and/or credit facilities of the Tenderer/Supplier shall be BDT 8,00,00,000.00 (Eight Crore Taka only).
vi) Tender Capacity:
The minimum Tender Capacity 56,00,00,000.00 (Fifty Six) Crore. |
