INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

The tenderer should be a construction Firm and must have registration and temporary license with the Construction Development Board, Bhutan. Experience required in the relevant field is not less than 10 years. Tenderers must have completed a minimum of 10 contracts with at least 2 (Two) contracts of similar nature each with a value of Nu 15.0-25.0 crore or equivalent. Years will be counted backward from the date of opening the tender.
The following documents will have to be submitted with the proposal:
i) Original Money receipt of procuring the tender documents from the official inviting the tender
ii) Copy of Valid, up to date and renewal of Trade License / Copy of registration and temporary license with the Construction Development Board, Bhutan
iii) In case of limited company, the Certificate of Incorporation should be attached iv) Tax payers Identification Number and Certificate/ E-TIN
v) VAT/GST Registration
vi) Income Tax Clearance Certificate for last three years
vii) Bank Solvency Certificate on a date within collection of Tender Document & dropping date
viii) Audit reports for the last three years
ix) Affidavit of ownership of the firm
x) List of similar projects completed in the last 10 years
xi) Contract documents and completion certificate of minimum 10 (ten) Project
xii) Bank guarantee as Tender Security
xiii) Joint Venture Agreement, (If Applicable)
xiv) Letter of Intent JV partner, (If Applicable)
xv) Any other documents related to the works
xvi) Information regarding claims under litigation, if any
xvii) Satisfying other criteria laid down in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).

(HVAC, Lift, Fire Fighting System, CCTV System, Conference System, PABX System, Sound System, Sub-station, Generators, Pump-motors) Interior decoration, Site Development, Internal Road, Boundary Wall, Water body, Sewerage Treatment Plant, Septic Tank, External drainage System, Landscaping, Arboriculture at Thimphu, Bhutan.
N.B. 1. All Exterior R.C.C walls will be Fair-faced.
2. The contractor must hire/engage experienced workers for fair-faced RCC work,
3. Mockup of R.C.C. fair faced wall must be approved by the procuring entity.
