INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

The invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers or JVCA as mentioned below.
1. Reputed Contractors/Construction Firms who have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience in Construction Works.
2. Specific Experience: Having Experience in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of minimum 02(Two) storied RCC building construction work including Civil, Sanitary & Electrical work of Tk. 1000.00 (One Thousand) lac in a single contract in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (five) years. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT).
3. Minimum average annual construction turn over: The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05 (five) years of Tk. 2150.00 (Two Thousand & One Hundred Fifty) lac (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper). For calculating average annual construction turnover i.e. total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed contracts under public sector for a period of 05 (five) years, substantiated by Statement(s) of Receipts, from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh/Respective bill paying authority.
4. The Tenderer shall have minimum Liquid assets i.e Credit line of Tk. 530.00 [Five Hundred & Thirty] Lakh. Document Prescribed form for Line of Credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per form PW 3-7 published by CPTU, otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected. 5. Tender Capacity TK 1150.00 (One Thousand & One Hundred Fifty) Lac as per formula stated in TDS.6. The Tenderer must have up-to-date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Articles of Incorporation or Registration of firm (if applicable). (f) Tenderer Must have up to date ABC Category Contractor and Supervisory license issued from Electric Licensing Board. |
