INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

"(i) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in providing Non-Consultant Service of at least ONE CONTRACT of Worker/manpower/labour supply in Large Gov./Semi Gov./Autonomous or Private organization within/over the last 05(Five) years, with a value of at least Tk.60,00,000.00 (Sixty lac) shall be required [Year will be calculated from tender publication date to backward].
(ii) The required average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk. 40,00,000.00 (Forty lac) over the last 05 (Five) years. (In support of average annual construction turnover, Certified payments for contracts in progress or completed during last 5 (five) years will be taken into account.)
(iii) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 25,00,000.00 (Twenty Five lac)
(iv) CONTRACTOR LICENCE (form-78) ,issued by Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments, valid upto June 2023. Applied (form-77) or expired CONTRACTOR LICENCE shall not be acceptable.
