INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

The Tenderers shall have the following minimum level of experience to qualify for performing the Contract:
i) 10 years of overall working experience in the field of construction of Natural Gas Pipeline as Prime Contractor;
ii) Natural Gas Pipeline Construction Contractors enlisted with PETROBANGLA or its Companies under category 1.4. The Validity of enlistment should be up to June 2023.
iii)(a)The Tenderers must have Specific experience as a Prime Contractors of at least One Contract with a value of Tk.1,92,00,000.00 (One Crore Ninety Two Lakh) in Construction, Testing & Commissioning of at least one Natural Gas Pipeline with the following specifications during last 10 (ten) years:

Length : Min. 3.0 Km
Dia : Min. 4” DN
Pressure : Min. 1000 Psig
(b)The Tenderers are required to submit job completion certificate evidencing Specific experience as stated in (a) above. Tenderers are also required to submit certificate evidencing Tenderer’s experience on Construction, Testing & Commissioning of natural gas pipeline.
The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Tk. 1,07,00,000.00 (One Crore Seven Lakh). The Tenderer shall submit bank solvency certificate/bank statement issued not before one (1) month from the date of tender opening.
Note: All Experience time will be counted backwards from the date of tender opening. |
