INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

a. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 05(Five) years. [ years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
b. The minimum specific experience in construction works of at least 01(one) contract of Similar nature [supply and Installation of minimum 150KVA Sub-station, 30KVA Generator, Air-Conditioning System, Pump Motor Set, Security & Garden Light] successfully completed within the last 03 (three) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 95 lacs.
c. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 110 lacs over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years. [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
d. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 32 lacs
e. The minimum tender capacity shall be: TK 90 lacs
