INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Eligibility of Applicant : |

1. Tenderer/applicant shall have minimum 5 (five) years of overall experience on Information technology related activities (i.e year counting backward from the date of publication of tender in the newspaper).
2. Tenderer/applicant shall have minimum 3 (three) years specific experience on HUAWAEI network equipment maintenance and warranty support (i.e year counting backward from the date of publication of tender in the newspaper).
3. Tenderer/applicant shall have HUAWEI Authorization to provide maintenance and warrant y support in Bangladesh.
4. Tenderer/applicant shall have minimum 2 (two) contracts completion certificate on related services with Govt. Organization/Semi Govt/Autonomous organization with total value of at least Tk. 3.00 (three) crore in last 3 (three) years i.e year counting backward from the date of publication of EOI in the newspaper.
5. Tenderer/applicant shall have presently minimum 1 (one) running contract on Cloud Implementation services with Govt. Organization/Semi Govt/Autonomous organization and contract value should be Tk. 3.00 (six) crore..
6. Tenderer/applicant must have physical facilities at Dhaka to provide maintenance and services 24/7/365 days during contract period.
7. The Tenderer/applicant must have on its payroll at least 10 (ten) HUAWEI qualified professionals in system integration, Virtualization and prior experience in providing maintenance and warranty service as on 31.12.2022.
8. The Tenderer/applicant must have on its payroll at least 02 (two) certified professionals in Project Management.
9. Tenderer/applicant must have credit line facilities/liquid asset of at least Tk. 3.00 (three) Crore supported by documentary evidence.
10 .Tenderer/applicant must be profitable for the last 3 (three) years as per audited financial statement.
11. The tenderers/applicant shall have a minimum average annual turnover of Tk. 3.00 (three) Crore during the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years.
