INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05[Five] years.
.2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 contract of Building work successfully completed within the last 5 [Five] years with a value of at least Tk.215.00 Lakh TID : 778874,778875 & Tk.200.00 Lakh TID : 778876 in a single tender in Government/Semi- Government Organization of Bangladesh [years counting backward from the date of publication of e-Tender in the National e-GP system portal http://www.eprocure.gov.bd]
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.235.00 Lakh TID : 778874,778875 & Tk.216.00 Lakh TID : 778876 over the last 05[five]years [years counting backward from the date of publication of e-Tender in the National e-GP system portal http://www.eprocure.gov.bd]
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit lines of the Tenderer shall be Tk.63.00 Lakh TID : 778874,778875 & Tk.60.00 Lakh TID : 778876. Not before 17.01.2023. [This will be given by the proper format]
5. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: Tk. 280.00 Lakh TID : 778874,778875 & Tk. 260.00 Lakh TID : 778876.
6. The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
i. Up to date Trade License.
ii. Up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
iii. NID
iv. Vat Registration Certificate
v. Business Address.
vi. Enclosed experience certificate for respective work.
7. The Provisions laid down in the "PPA – 2006 & PPR – 2008 including latest all amendment" and STD will be followed.
8. Satisfying other criteria laid down in the Tender Data Sheet(TDS). |
