INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
a) Tenderer must have experience in supplying vehicles for 05 (Five) years in any Ministry/ Division/ Authority/ Agency/ Government Company/ Government Organization/Government Project/Consultant’s organization for the foreign aided project.
b) Tenderer must have experience of at least 01 (One) completed contract of Supplying Vehicle on a rent basis with a value of at least Taka 220.00 Lakhs in the last 03 (Three) years.
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets/current capital/ Bank Loan facility shall be at least Taka 22 (Twenty-Two) Lakh.
d) The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least the amount of Taka 100.00 Lakhs over the last 5 (Five) Years.
e) Tenderer shall have the legal capacity to enter into the contract under the applicable Law.
f) Tenderer shall be enrolled in the relevant professional or trade organizations registered in Bangladesh.
g) Tenderer shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes under the provisions of the Laws and regulations of Bangladesh.
