| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

1.Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract under the Applicable Law; 2.Tenderers shall be enrolled in the relevant professional or trade organizations registered in Bangladesh; 3. Tenderers shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes under the provisions of laws and regulations of Bangladesh; 4. General Experience:
The minimum Period of General Experience of the Tenderer,(s) in Supplying manpower, shall be at least 05 (Five) years; 5. Specific Experience:
The Tenderer,(s) must have Experience of Supplying Manpower in the turn of BDT 4,50,000,00/- (Four Crore Fifty Lacs Taka only) under a single contract over a period of last 10 (Ten) years in any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous/ Private Organization; 6. The experience certificate should be certified by a designated officer not below the rank of Grade-09 Govt. Officer; 7. Average annual turnover :
The required average annual turnover shall be minimum Tk. 3,00,000,00/- (Three crore Taka only) during the period of last 3(Three) years within last 05 years; 8. Free funds (Liquid Assets ) and / or credit facilities:
The minimum amount of free funds (liquid assets) and/or credit facilities of the Tenderer/Supplier shall be 1,00,000,00/- (One crore Taka only). |
