Eligibility: Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract under the Applicable Law;
Tenderers shall be enrolled in the relevant professional or trade organizations registered in Bangladesh; and
Tenderers shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes under the provisions of laws and regulations of Bangladesh.
Qualifications:(1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public or private sector as Prime Contractor/Sub Contractor/Management Contractor shall be 3 (Three) years;. (2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in providing Non-consulting/Physical Service of at least ONE contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/technology completed over a period of last 3 (Three) years with a minimum value of Tk. 1,20,00000.00 (Taka one hundred and twenty lakh only) shall be required; Only providing Transport Facilities by Rent of Vehicles will be treated as a similar nature contract. (3) The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of Tk. 7000000.00 (Taka Seventy Lakh only) over the last best 3 (Three) years of the last 5(five) years; (4) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. bank balance or working capital or credit facilities or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 25,00,000.00 (Taka Twenty five Lakh ). Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper
