1. The Tenderer shall have current enlistment certificate of civil construction from Govt./ Semi-Govt./ Autonomous Organization.
2. The Tenderer Shall have satisfactory completion certificate of similar works (Civil Construction, Sanitary and Electrical Works) of at least Tk. 15000000 (One Crore Fifty Lakh) under single contract over a period of last 05 (five) years.
3. The required average annual Construction Turnover greater than Tk. 25000000 (Two Crore Fifty Lakh) over the best 03 (three) years in the last 05 (five) years.
4. Liquid Assets not less than Tk. 8000000 (Eighty Lakh) issued by the bank not earlier than 28 days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of e-Tender. |
