INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
|
| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
1.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 years. [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 contract of similar nature [Substation with Solar System (Min 630 KVA), Lift (Min 800Kg), Generator, Fire Hydrant system, CCTV, PABX, Internet, Lightening Arrester, Compound Security Light] successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 11.6 Cr.[Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
3. The required average annual construction turnover ( i.e. total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector from respective procuring entity ) shall be greater than Tk 35 Crore over the last [5] years.[years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
4. The Minimum Tender Capacity shall be: 18 Crore
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 6 Cr.
a. Supporting documents of financial capacity which are generated posterior to the date of publication of this tender will only
be accepted.
b. In case of credit facility (i.e. line of credit), Tenderer’s Bank is advised to use the Form PW3-7 (enclosed in section-9,
Drawing) prescribed in the Standard Tender Document PW3. Otherwise the tender will be summarily Discarded.
