INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 contract of Similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully Completed within the last 05 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 230 Lakh
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 425 Lakh over the last 5 (Five) years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 90 lakh
5. The minimum capacity shall be: Tk. 270 Lakh
6. The intending tenderers must enclose up-to-date Trade License, Income Tax certificate, VAT Registration certificate, ABC and Electrical Supervisory License from Office of the Chief Electric Inspector.
7. The Supply & installation of Lift must be completed by an experienced & qualified Sub Contractor . See TDS for details.
All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled. |
