INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
|
| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
a) Tenderer must have the experience of supplying vehicles for 5 years in any Ministry/ division/ authority/ agency/ government company/ government organization/ government project/consultants organization of the foreign aided project. Certificates of relevant experiences are to be attested by first class gazette officer.
b) Tenderer must have experience of one completed contract of Supplying Vehicle on rent basis with a value of at least Taka 130 (one hundred and thirty) Lakh in last 5(Five) years.
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets/current capital/ Bank Loan facility shall be at least taka 10 (Ten) Lakh. In case of Loan facility PSN-5 must be attached as document. In other cases, Bank certificate must be submitted.
d) The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shell be at lest of the amount of taka 40 (Forty) Lakh over the last three years.
e) Earlier who fails to supply vehicle at any government company/ government organization/ government project will be considered ineligible to participate in this tender.
f) Tenderer shall have the legal capacity to enter into the contract under the applicable Law.
g) Tenderer shall be enrolled in the relevant professional or trade organizations registered in Bangladesh.
h) Tenderer shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes under the provisions of Law and regulations of Bangladesh. |
