INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

This invitation for Tenders is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below
(a) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms having minimum 05(Five) years of general experience in supplying of similar nature renovation & interior works.
(b) Specific experience as a Prime Contractor/Sub Contractor/Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of building renovation and interior work of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology of minimum Tk. 40000000.00(Four Crore taka) in a single contract in Govt/Semi-govt/Autonomous Org. of Bangladesh during last 05 (five) years. In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. In case of work done under any Govt/Semi-Govt/Autonomous/Org. other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
(c) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk.35000000.00 (Three Crore and Fifty Lakh Taka). Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
(d) The Tenderer must possess: Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate,VAT registration certificate,Up-to-date trade license, Electrical ABC License & Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board. |
