INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

The Invitation for Tender is open to all eligible tenderers who satisfy:
(a) All eligibility criteria stated in the tender document.
(b) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be three (3) years.
(c) The minimum specific experience in construction works of at least one (1) contract of similar nature successfully completed within the last 5 years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper, each with a value of at least Tk. 1 Crore 10 Lakh.
(d) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 1 Crore 20 Lakh in any best of three years during last five years.
(e) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 1 Crore.
(f) The minimum capacity shall be: 1 Crore 20 Lakh.
(g) A valid trade license, an Income Tax registration certificate, up to date Income Tax clearance certificate and a VAT registration certificate. |
