a) Valid Trade License, updated Income Tax & VAT certificate, Update DIFE Certificate, joint stock Certificate (Certificate of Incorporation) and bank solvency certificate.
b) The minimum specific experience as a Contractor in providing non-Consulting Service of at least ONE contract of similar mature, complexity and methods/technology completed over a period of 5(five) years each with a value of at least of TK 8,00,00,000.00 (Eight core) shall be required.
c) Annual average turnover and liquid assets shall be required for each package as stated in the Tender Documents.
d) Besides this any other conditions mentioned in Tender Documents should be followed.
